VineWall ("us", "we", or "our") operates the VineWall application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. About VineWall VPN
VineWall uses Apple's Network Extension framework to implement local VPN functionality. This allows the app to act as a local proxy, intercepting and slowing network requests for apps you select.
- Operates as a local VPN on your device only
- Does not connect to any remote VPN servers
- Purpose: Slows down network traffic to reduce doomscrolling
- All traffic processing happens locally on your device
2. Data Collection & Usage
2.1 Data Collection
We do not collect your data. We do not operate servers that intercept, store, or process your device network traffic.
2.2 In-App Feedback
If you use the in-app feedback form, you can choose to include diagnostic data with your submission. This is optional and clearly indicated before you send.
VineWall stores diagnostic data locally. This data includes IP addresses, domains, and app identifiers. Sensitive information is hashed using a device-unique secret stored in your device Keychain. The original values cannot be recovered from the hashed data, and we do not transmit the hashing secret.
If you choose to include diagnostic data with your feedback, this data will be sent to us. Sensitive information within it remains hashed.
The feedback form uses your device's default email app. When you send feedback, your email address and any other information included by your email client will be visible to us.
3. Third-Party Services
We employ third-party services to facilitate our Service.
3.1 DNS
VineWall uses DNS over HTTPS (DoH) for secure domain resolution. By default, we use Cloudflare's DNS service (1.1.1.1). You can change this to any DoH provider of your choice in the app settings.

3.2 Payments
Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple handles all billing according to their privacy policy.

4. Links To Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
